What happens after you click Create Your Account

First you make an account. Name, email, password. Then your dashboard opens with a five-step setup guide, and a checkmark appears as you finish each one. Work them in any order.

  1. Add your first Zone

    A storage area, named your way. Walk-In Cooler, Truck 3, Back Stock Room. Call it whatever you actually call it.

  2. Create a category

    Group your stock however makes sense. Produce, Parts, Packaging. The categories are yours to define.

  3. Add or import your items

    Enter them by hand, or import a spreadsheet. CSV and Excel both work, and the importer reads your column headers for you.

  4. Add a vendor

    The suppliers and distributors you order from. You only need them when you start writing purchase orders.

  5. Record your starting counts

    Enter what you have on hand right now. From there, every receive and adjustment keeps your counts current.

You pay per storefront (location) in your account. Monthly billing is $59 per storefront per month. Annual billing is $590 per storefront per year, the equivalent of $49/month, saving you $118 per storefront. No per-user fees. No feature tiers. Every storefront gets the full product.
What counts as a storefront?
A storefront is one location or operation. For a restaurant group, each physical restaurant is a storefront. For a home services company, your whole operation is typically one storefront. For a wholesaler with two warehouses, each warehouse can be its own storefront, or you can manage them both under one storefront using Zones.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing is $59 per storefront per month, billed each month. Annual billing is $590 per storefront per year, billed once. That's two months free compared to paying month-to-month. Annual plans are still fully cancelable if your situation changes.
What's included? Are there feature tiers?
There are no feature tiers. Every storefront gets unlimited zones, unlimited items, unlimited team members, purchase orders, vendor management, and full activity history. That's the whole product.
Does the price go up as I add more items or users?
No. Items, zones, and team members are all unlimited per storefront. The only thing that changes your bill is adding more storefronts.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal date.
